To Schedule an Herbal Health Consultation Read the article: "What to Expect During an Herbal Consultation"  Download the "Client Intake Form" from the link at the bottom of this page Return the completed intake form by email or snail mail Rosalee's rate for 6 weeks of herbal care, including a one hour intake, a 30 minute following up, and continuing email support is $150.  Send in payment by check or click the "Pay Now" button below to pay via Paypal (you don't need to have a Paypal account to use this feature). Once Rosalee has received your intake and payment she will schedule an appointment with you to talk on the telephone or if you live locally, at her office in Twisp, WA.  This call is usually around 60 minutes in length.
